We had a fantastic time on our two night three day cruise with Le Journey Ha Long & Lan Ha Cruises. The location was absolutely amazing and the room, especially the Presidential Suite, was incredibly spacious and luxurious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. The cruise ship was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience. The various activities, such as kayaking and biking on Cat Ba island, added an extra level of excitement to our trip. The food was plentiful and delicious, with vegetarian options available. Happy hour with affordable drinks was a definite highlight. Despite a few minor drawbacks, including limited breakfast options and the need to pay for drinks other than tea, coffee, and water, the overall experience was outstanding. Stayed at a hotel with sea views and a bar, close to an airport. They provided accommodation and a continental breakfast on the boat. The Ha Long Queen Cable Car was a cool 13 km away.
Just loved figuring out the chaotic pick-up and being crammed into an overflowing minibus for a long wait. Hilarious!

Transfer bus from Hanoi comfortable and spacious. Boat rooms nice, balcony may lack privacy. Good and varied seafood meals. Optional activities enjoyable. Great service quality.
